Roles & Responsibilities
As a System and Application Services Associate, you will be responsible for:
1. Infra Managed Services
Managing IT infrastructure services and operations for on-premises and cloud-based technologies.
Ensuring secure and reliable infrastructure aligned with business goals.
Implementing continuous improvements for enhanced operational effectiveness.
2. Application/Cloud Support
Monitoring and maintaining cloud applications and computing systems.
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
3. Project Control Services
Supporting technology project management by tracking and managing deliverables.
Coordinating with multiple stakeholders to align project priorities.
4. Low/No-Code App Development
Developing business applications using low-code platforms.
Configuring pre-built templates, drag-and-drop interfaces, and form builders.
Automating internal business processes for maximum efficiency.
5. Quality Engineering
Designing software test cases and processes.
Conducting usability and functional testing.
Reporting and analyzing software performance issues.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Non-engineering graduates/postgraduates such as B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A., B.Com, etc.
(Excludes B.E/B.Tech, ME/MTech, MCA, MSc in CS/IT, Data Science, Computer Science & Applications)Year of Pass-out: Any year up to 2024.
No active backlogs at the time of application/onboarding.
Must have completed the degree within the stipulated duration (e.g., BBA in 3 years, M.Sc in 2 years).
No prior participation in Accenture’s recruitment process in the last 3 months.
Work experience must be less than 23 months.
Eligibility to work in India (Indian citizenship/work permit required).
Flexible for shift work and relocation to any Accenture office in India.
