Role & Responsibilities
1. Infrastructure Managed Services
Maintain and manage IT infrastructure (on-premises & cloud)
Improve service efficiency and ensure security compliance
Identify process improvements for operational effectiveness
2. Application & Cloud Support
Monitor and maintain applications and cloud-based systems
Diagnose and resolve application issues efficiently
3. Project Control Services
Support project management activities
Track and report project execution and solve issues proactively
Manage multiple stakeholders and align priorities
4. Low/No-Code App Development
Develop applications using low-code platforms
Utilize drag-and-drop visual interfaces and entity builders
Optimize and automate internal business processes
5. Quality Engineering (Software Testing)
Design and execute test cases
Apply testing methodologies and ensure high-quality software delivery
Report findings and collaborate with the development team
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Non-engineering graduates/postgraduates (B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A, B.Com, etc.)
- Not Eligible: Engineering graduates (B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech), MCA, M.Sc (CS/IT/Data Science)
- Batch: Any year up to 2024
- Backlogs: No active backlogs
- Degree Completion: No gaps in education (e.g., BBA in 3 years, M.Sc in 2 years)
- Reapplication Policy: Candidates must not have appeared for Accenture’s recruitment process in the last 3 months
- Work Experience: Maximum 23 months
- Work Eligibility: Indian citizens or valid work permit holders (OCI/PIO for non-Indians)
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Location: Open to relocating to any Accenture office in India - Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Coimbatore, Gurugram, Pune, Kolkata, Nagpur, Indore, Mumbai, Jaipur
