✅ GenC Role Responsibilities
Understand business requirements and create necessary documentation.
Develop, test, debug, and deploy code based on requirement specifications.
Create low-level design components and participate in Agile development.
Develop test scenarios and work with SDLC processes.
Proactively identify and resolve issues to meet deadlines.
Work collaboratively and continuously upskill to stay updated with new technologies.
✅ GenC Next Requirements
Candidates must demonstrate strong technical skills in advanced programming with industry certifications. Required technologies include:
Java, C#, Python, SQL/PLSQL
Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Cloud computing: AWS, Azure, GCP
Frameworks: Spring Boot, ASP.NET Core, React.js, Node.js
Data Structures & Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming
✅ GenC Pro Requirements
Candidates must specialize in enterprise platforms and technologies, such as:
Cybersecurity
Oracle, Salesforce, Mulesoft
Pega, SAP ABAP, SAP Basis, ServiceNow
Relevant industry certifications are mandatory.
🎯 Eligibility Criteria
2024 batch graduates with B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech degrees.
Minimum 60% in X, XII, Diploma, UG & PG (No rounding off).
No standing arrears at the time of joining.
Indian nationals, OCIs, PIOs residing in India are eligible.
Willing to relocate and work in any Cognizant office and shift timing.
Registration with a valid personal email ID (Superset login required).
