Your Role as a Systems Engineer:
As a Systems Engineer, you’ll be the backbone of our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and providing top-notch support to users. If you love problem-solving and thrive in a fast-paced IT environment, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues.
Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure high availability and performance.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
Respond to Service Desk tickets efficiently, ensuring SLA compliance and user satisfaction.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues in collaboration with the IT team.
Document technical procedures and create user guides to improve support processes.
Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize system downtime.
Assist in user account management, permissions, and access control.
Provide training and support to users on new technologies.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
Ensure compliance with security policies and IT best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience: 0-4 years in IT support, system administration, or related roles
✔ Skills: Strong understanding of Service Desk operations, troubleshooting, and system configurations
