Job Role: Associate System Engineer

As an Associate System Engineer, you will be a part of IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers, where deep technical expertise meets industry knowledge to deliver high-impact solutions. You will contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring applications are high-performing, responsive, and maintainable.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and improve existing failures with the support of architects and technical leaders.

  • Engage in design, development, testing, and release phases of the software lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovative solutions.

  • Code, troubleshoot, and provide excellent customer service.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: BE/BTech/ME/MTech/Dual Degree/MSc/MCA in CS/IT or related fields.

  • Graduation Year: 2024 only.

  • Minimum CGPA: 6.0 CGPA or 60% (inclusive of elective/optional subjects).

Required Technical Skills

  • Programming skills in Java, C++, Python, Node.js.

  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken).
