Job Description
As an Applications Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging software programs for commercial or end-user applications. Your role involves high-level design, implementing software enhancements, resolving complex bugs, and performing quality assurance tests.
Key Responsibilities
Perform high-level software design and development based on external specifications.
Build and execute unit tests, integration tests, and regression tests.
Collaborate with QA teams and product engineering to maintain quality and consistency.
Utilize independent judgment for varied and complex tasks.
Lead minor projects or supervise junior engineers.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (B.E./B.Tech./MCA/M.Tech./M.S.) from a reputed university.
0-8 years of experience in applications or product development.
Mandatory Skills
Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
Experience in Java / J2EE (JSP, Servlet) OR Database (SQL, PL/SQL).
Preferred (Optional) Skills
Development experience in Fusion Middleware.
Familiarity with ADF (Application Development Framework).
Experience in Oracle Applications / HCM.
