About the Role
As a Technical Analyst 1 - Support, your primary responsibility will be to deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle’s customer base. You will act as a key contact for customers, helping resolve technical queries related to Oracle’s Electronic Support Services. This role involves providing level-one support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of technical concerns.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for internal tools, applications, and processes.

Prioritize and manage work queues in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Triage complex issues to second-level support teams when necessary.
Maintain detailed documentation of investigations and issue resolutions.
Ensure compliance with corporate security policies and data protection regulations.
Qualifications and Skills Required
Basic Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
A combination of higher education and relevant work experience totaling at least 4 years.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in Application Support and SQL.
Hands-on experience with Linux and SQL.
Strong understanding of Incident Management and Technical Support principles.
Ability to troubleshoot complex systems effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Expectations:
Must reside in Bengaluru, Karnataka, or be willing to relocate.
Open to night shifts and irregular hours as required.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive work environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a calm approach under high-pressure situations.
