Your Responsibilities
As a Solution Support Engineer, you will:
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to SAP ERP and Cloud ALM.
Conduct root cause analysis and provide solutions using SAP Notes, Knowledge Base Articles, and system debugging.
Collaborate with customers through email, chat, and support portals.
Utilize SAP Remote Supportability Tools to diagnose problems.
Continuously learn and improve via SAP training programs.
Document solutions by creating Knowledge Base articles and Wikis.
Key Skills & Requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Programming/debugging knowledge (ABAP, Java, or related technologies preferred).
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global team environment.
Passion for customer success and technical problem-solving.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Business & Technology, or a related field.
