Role Summary: GenC Associate Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be offered the GenC role, which is an entry-level position designed to build strong foundational technical and professional skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing and interpreting business requirements

  • Writing, testing, and deploying high-quality code

  • Developing test cases and ensuring code quality

  • Following Agile development methodologies

  • Debugging, maintaining, and enhancing software applications
