About the Role
The role of CAD Developer at HCL involves working on advanced geometric and CAD programming projects. The selected candidate will be expected to contribute to both new feature development and maintenance of existing products for global clients.
Key Responsibilities

Write and maintain C++ code for CAD applications.

Solve complex geometric and engineering problems using algorithms.

Integrate APIs like NX Open, Creo TOOLKIT, Granite, or SolidWorks.

Debug, troubleshoot, and improve legacy CAD codebases.

Translate client requirements into technical features.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product delivery.

Document code, processes, and system flows.

Follow Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices.
Required Skills
Primary Skills:

Proficiency in C++

Experience with CAD APIs and development (NX Open, Creo TOOLKIT, etc.)

Strong knowledge of Analytical Geometry
