Job Description – Tech Mahindra Network Engineer (L1) Hiring
Tech Mahindra is hiring Network Engineers (Level 1) for its immediate intake in Noida location. This role is ideal for graduates with 0–2 years of experience who are enthusiastic about managing IT networks, performing configurations, and resolving connectivity issues.
Key Responsibilities

Configure and manage network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)

Perform basic troubleshooting for connectivity and software issues

Support international voice-based clients

Handle remote support, cabling, and device setup

Execute subnetting, software installs, and escalation handling
Required Skills

Strong understanding of network layers and protocols

Familiar with tools like ping, tracert, nslookup, ipconfig

Expertise in network infrastructure (crimping, routing, cabling)

Good interpersonal & communication skills

Ability to work in shifts for global support
