Job Description
Role Overview
As an Application Support Engineer at Accenture, you’ll serve as a software detective—providing technical support, issue resolution, and application performance optimization across various business systems.
Roles & Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for critical application issues.

Participate in problem-solving and cross-functional discussions.

Monitor application performance to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.

Assist in deployment and configuration of applications.

Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues.

Document technical procedures, configuration steps, and user manuals.

Suggest improvements to enhance application reliability and support efficiency.

Stay updated with current technology trends to propose innovative solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills

Proficiency in Asset Management tools and principles.

Familiarity with incident management, ticketing systems, and problem resolution techniques.

Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

Experience in scripting languages like Python or PowerShell.
-
Exposure to SQL, databases, and system logs for debugging.
-
Basic knowledge or certification in ITIL is an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience.

Completed 15 years of full-time education.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
