Interview Questions Asked:

  1. Tell me about your recent PHP project.

    • Candidate Answer: Explained a CRUD app using Laravel and MySQL.

    • Feedback: Confident, but could’ve explained MVC in more depth.

  2. What’s your experience with React and state management?

    • Candidate Answer: Built a Todo app using Redux and Hooks.

    • Feedback: Good real-world example, lacked clarity on Redux flow.

  3. How do you ensure your code is scalable and testable?

    • Candidate Answer: Follow PSR-12 standards, use PHPUnit, and modular functions.

    • Feedback: Good practices, but no mention of CI/CD or code review processes.

  4. What is WPML and why do you think multilingual plugins matter?

    • Candidate Answer: Said it's used in WordPress to handle translations.

    • Feedback: Surface-level. Interviewer expected familiarity with WPML internals.

  5. How do you debug a broken API in production?

    • Candidate Answer: Use Postman, check logs, browser console, fallback UI.
