🔹 Role & Responsibilities
As an Associate Software Engineer (ASE) at Accenture, you will:
✅ Design, build, test, and support software applications based on business requirements.
✅ Understand business drivers and align software development accordingly.
✅ Integrate automation solutions and new functionalities in existing technologies.
✅ Provide technical support via voice interaction, email, chat, and remote assistance.
🔹 Desired Skills
👉 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
👉 Good communication and teamwork abilities.
👉 Knowledge of coding languages like Java, .NET, J2EE, or Salesforce is a plus.
👉 Test automation and software quality assurance skills are preferred.
👉 Flexibility to work in 24x7 shifts and relocate within India.
🔹 Preferred Technical Knowledge
ABAP Development on HANA (CDS, AMDP, Performance Analysis)
Salesforce customization and configuration
Full-stack development (J2EE, .NET, ASP.NET, MVC, etc.)
Fundamentals of networking, security, and cloud
Test automation and software quality assurance
🔹 Eligibility Criteria
🔸 Education: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA/MSc (CS/IT/Data Science/Computer Science & Applications)
🔸 Pass-out year: Any year up to 2024
🔸 Experience: Less than 23 months of full-time experience
🔸 No active backlogs during application or onboarding
🔸 No prior participation in Accenture recruitment in the last 3 months
🔸 Must complete the degree within the stipulated duration (e.g., 4-year B.Tech should be completed in 4 years)
🔸 Indian Citizenship Required (Bhutan/Nepal nationals do not require a work visa)

The recruitment process consists of 3 assessment stages:
✅ Assessment 1: Cognitive & Technical Test (90 minutes)

Abstract reasoning
📌 Technical Test:
Common applications & MS Office
Pseudocode
Fundamentals of networking, security & cloud
💡 Candidates who clear this stage will proceed to the next round.
✅ Assessment 2: Coding Test (45 minutes)
2 coding questions to be solved using one of the following languages:
C, C++, Java, Python, .NET
✅ Assessment 3: Communication Test (30 minutes)
This test evaluates:
✔ Sentence Mastery
✔ Vocabulary
✔ Fluency
✔ Pronunciation
