Role Overview
As an Application Consultant at IBM, you will work on building and implementing ServiceNow solutions that address real-world business needs. You will be a key part of IBM's consulting division, collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions, primarily in Customer Service Management (CSM).

Manage end-to-end feature development and resolve issues as per defined SLAs.

Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions.

Analyze integration needs and work on implementing integrations with REST, SOAP, JDBC, or SQL.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
