Detailed Job Description
Tech Mahindra is looking for a dynamic Software Engineer with a solid background in SAP PP/QM modules and SAP ATTP for the pharmaceutical industry. The selected candidate will work in a hybrid model from any PAN India location.
Responsibilities:

Understand, design, develop, and implement software based on customer requirements.

Suggest improvements for code optimization and contribute to efficient development practices.

Perform timely documentation such as timesheets and invoicing.

Manage support tickets, track incidents, and allocate resources accordingly.

Communicate effectively with clients and escalate critical issues to senior team members.

Follow company-wide quality processes, update defect logs, and ensure testing compliance.

Conduct self code reviews and maintain reusable assets for project consistency.

Actively participate in team development and support peers in achieving goals.

Provide production support and handle live application troubleshooting using the RACI framework.
