Job Description
As an Application Developer – ServiceNow, you’ll work in IBM Consulting’s Client Innovation Center. You will collaborate with leading global clients across industries to deliver ServiceNow-based solutions that solve real-world challenges.
This role provides the opportunity to work with the latest technologies, build enterprise-grade systems, and contribute to IBM's commitment to innovation.
Responsibilities

Develop end-to-end ServiceNow features and modules.

Troubleshoot issues and meet service-level agreements for resolutions.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand and resolve system issues.

Continuously learn and implement new technologies in ServiceNow development.

Work across ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, GRC, HRSD, and ITOM modules.

Familiarity with mid-server setups and external system communication
