What You’ll Be Doing
As an Information Security Compliance Analyst at Zoho, your mission is to ensure the company stays compliant with all necessary laws, frameworks, and standards. You’ll not only monitor compliance but own it—defining strategy, tracking KPIs, and managing end-to-end implementation.
Your key responsibilities include:

Build, manage, and evolve PCI DSS compliance programs.

Ensure secure payment card handling and enforce PCI DSS mandates.

Design and enforce compliance procedures for RBI PA/PG regulations (SAR PSS PAPG & SAR DL).

Conduct regular meetings (Board, IT Strategy, IT Steering Committee) to align with RBI norms.

Generate periodic RBI compliance reports as mandated.

Implement and maintain ISMS and QMS for sensitive information management.

Regular audits, risk assessments, and security control reviews.

Use RACI matrices to clarify roles in incident management and escalation.

Define measurable compliance objectives and key results (OKRs).

Create and execute a compliance communication plan across the org.

Organize training sessions to spread compliance awareness among employees.

Must-have qualifications:
